Terms of Agreement Virtual design is an online decorating consultation service only. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and are not intended for construction purposes. Client will receive design recommendations based on the questionnaire, pictures, videos, or other material submitted by the client. Design is inherently subjective; therefore, you agree that WIDD E-DESIGNS cannot and does not warrant or guarantee your satisfaction with design services and/or ideas you receive from WIDD E-DESIGNS. Client agrees to provide full information regarding the client’s requirements for the project and to provide all relevant and requested property information in a timely manner. The Designer will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care, and the orderly progress of the Virtual Design project. The Designer will not be responsible for the means, methods, or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery, installation, or safety precautions in connection with the Virtual Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor, subcontractor, supplier, or other persons performing the work on the Virtual Design project; or for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates. The Designer cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement, or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for the Virtual Design project. The Designer cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise due to inaccurate measurements or improper dimensions provided to the Designer. Due to the nature of online shopping, WIDD E-DESIGNS has made every effort to portray recommended products and their colors and materials as accurately as possible on the Design Board. The displayed colors of the products depend on the monitor of the user and cannot be guaranteed by WIDD E-DESIGNS as an accurate portrayal of the actual color or material of the product. We also make best efforts to estimate the scale of your space based on photos provided but cannot guarantee that all recommended products will fit your space. Customers are required to measure their space to ensure that items fit prior to purchasing. Customers are required to ensure the return policy of any design item is to their liking. DUE TO THE EVER-CHANGING NATURE OF THE INTERNET, WIDD E-DESIGNS DOES NOT GUARANTEE OR WARRANT ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR MERCHANDISE PURCHASED BY YOU THROUGH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVICES OF A SERVICE PROVIDER. YOUR ONLY RECOURSE OR REMEDY FOR GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER OR PRODUCER OF THE MERCHANDISE. While WIDD E-DESIGNS will attempt to ensure that all retail product links are current in order to assist clients with purchasing design items, there is no guarantee that the furniture or accessories recommended by WIDD E-DESIGNS will be available for purchase at all or within a specific time frame due to the ever-changing nature of the Internet. If prices are provided as part of the design service recommendation, there is no guarantee that the price is the lowest price or that the customer will find the article at a similar price when they order. Affiliate Links At times, WIDD E-DESIGNS includes affiliate links in product recommendations. This means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase through these links—at no additional cost to you. These commissions help sustain our design services and allow us to continue providing personalized design support. Scope of Work WIDD E-DESIGNS virtual design package for each room purchased includes: INITIAL DESIGN MEETING – a virtual kick-off meeting to review your project details with the Designer, up to 15 minutes. FLOOR PLAN – a layout of all furniture and rug placements to help you visualize the flow of your space. DESIGN BOARD(S) – quality images of all furniture, lamps, art, rugs, décor, etc., by space. PRODUCT PURCHASE DIRECT LINKS – a list of all resources selected for your design with pricing, quantities, and links (some may include affiliate links, which help support our design work at no extra cost to you). DESIGN REVIEW MEETING – we will walk you through the design and layout; this can be done via Zoom or email. (ONLY APPLICABLE TO PREMIUM PACKAGES) ONE OR TWO ROUNDS OF REVISIONS (based upon package selected) – with your feedback in hand, we will make any requested changes to your design. If you request any further revisions beyond this session, these will be completed at the Designer’s hourly rate of $99. ROOM GUIDE – detailed guidelines on implementing your new design. STOCKING LIST – a complete linked stocking list of all items required for the property (ONLY APPLICABLE TO STR PREMIUM PACKAGES). We recommend you contact a kitchen/bathroom professional for floorplan layouts. Fee & Payment Terms Fee: For the professional design service package previously described, the Designer shall receive a fixed fee based on the package selected. Payment Terms: Full payment shall be made upon acceptance of this agreement. Payment can be made via bank transfer, debit, or credit card (credit card incurs an additional fee) by using the payment portal provided. Additional design services outside the scope of this agreement will be billed to the client at the hourly rate of $99, on a monthly statement or at the completion of the project. The Designer will notify the Client if hourly billing becomes active. Client Expectations Respond in a timely manner (within 48 business hours). Purchase products using the links provided by the Designer. Place all orders within one week of approving the final shopping list from the Designer. Designer agrees to reselect any items that are out of stock or no longer available if the client attempts to place orders within the one-week time period. Designer will not be held responsible for inventory or discontinued items outside of the one-week window after design approval. Execute the design and complete installation. WIDD E-DESIGNS shall be allowed use (not ownership rights to) final listing photography for future portfolio use. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Guest E-Book Template Our Guest E-Book items do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact the seller about any problems with your order. While WIDD E-DESIGNS will attempt to ensure that all content and/or URL links are current in order to assist clients and their guests, there is no guarantee that all links will work due to the ever-changing nature of the Internet and the businesses they link to.
